Parks is proud to highlight a spectacular agent from our Mt. Juliet office, Kaitlyn Coleman!

Kaitlyn has been a part of the Parks family since she got her license four years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in special education with a minor in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. When it comes to real estate, Kaitlyn specializes in helping her clients navigate the buying and selling processes, as well as relocation.

Prior to her career in real estate, Kaitlyn spent three years working as a special education teacher at Mt. Juliet Middle School in Wilson County. In this role, she taught inclusion classes in language arts and acted as a case manager for students with exceptional abilities. Kaitlyn eventually chose to pursue a career in real estate after she and her husband sold their first home as a For Sale by Owner. She fell in love with the thought of helping people find a home that was suitable for the phase of life they were in. Kaitlyn’s heart is invested in assisting people to achieve their dreams and reach their goals – and real estate allows her to do just that.

When asked why she chose to join the Parks Family of REALTORS®, Kaitlyn stated, “I knew Parks was home the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and ready to assist when needed.” She continued, “Also, the training and marketing are unmatched!”

If Kaitlyn could offer a tip to new agents, it would be to keep your head up! “Trust the Ninja process and lean heavily into all of the free training and marketing resources Parks has to offer. Also, write your gratitudes and say your affirmations every day!” she said. Kaitlyn has achieved many professional accomplishments during her time with Parks that include winning Rookie of the Year in 2019, holding a position as an Agent Council Member in 2019, winning the Humanitarian Award for 2020, and earning the Leading Relocation Specialist designation.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband Andrew, spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, leading strength classes at Six1Five Training, hiking, cooking, and driving around in her Jeep. Kaitlyn is also a reading enthusiast and coffee connoisseur. Most importantly, she has two fur-children – Ansley, a nine-year-old Golden Retriever mix, and Sophie, a three-year-old Pomchi.
